How to start playing !
Space Power is a NFT strategy game based on the WAX blockchain. The game has Play to Earn features, where players will be rewarded with Tokens and valuable NFTs.
Space Power game has three main phases.
First phase starts with learning the basic economic model in the game. You can build your Base, Equip ships with Astronauts and proceed with different kinds of Missions in the solar system. On some Missions you will earn more Tokens, on others you will get more NFTs and mysterious Artefacts. All up to your luck.
Second phase of Space Power game is a perfectly balanced economic and PVE (Player versus Environment) launch. New NFTs will be presented, Missions and gameplay will become real strategic. You can also start a research process to open new Missions and Technologies.
Third phase game is a PVP (Player versus Player) rollout. You can start tactical battles with other players. More far space Missions will be launched.
To start the game you need to create the Base. The Base has a modular design. Each building takes a single spot in the Base. All Baseâs facilities would either consume or produce power during their operation. Different buildings, depending on their type and rarity, have their own abilities. You need to build your Base in such way that it gets enough power to run all the needed systems including Living Space for your astronauts and Spaceship Docks. You would be able to manage distant missions outside the Base. You can remove old unwanted buildings that you no longer use any time.
Base construction.
To set a Base, you must place a Command Center of any rarity level. Build Radar to track space Missions. Build a Hangar, get a Spaceship and at least one Astronaut who can operate on it.
Minimal needed base structure for 1 level mission play - One common Command Center, common Radar, common Spaceship Hangar, common Spaceship and common Astronaut.
First of all place the common rarity Command Center facility. You will get 1 Astronaut living quarter, 2 Power and in total 3 Base modules spots.
Place Radar next to the Command Center facility. The common rarity Radar occupies 1 Spot and it takes 1 Power while operating. It gives you the possibility to fly on 1 level missions.
Place Spaceship Hangar. The common rarity Hangar occupies 1 Spot and it takes 1 Power while operating. Adds 1 Spaceship Landing Pad.
Finally add Spaceship (requires one Spaceship landing pad in Hangar) and an Astronaut (requires one place in Astronaut's Living Quarters). Now you have an operational Base and can travel to First Level Missions.
Near the Command Center, you can place a facility of any rarity level. The main goal is to have enough Power and module Spots in the Base.
If your Base cannot provide enough Power for a high Rarity facility then it will continue to run at a Rarity level sufficient for its operation. Example: you have 1 unused Power at your Base, you place a module facility that requires 4 Powers, then it will only work at a Rarity level which requires 1 Power. Radar is the most sensitive to the lack of Power. In such an event, the Radar will be the first facility to operate at reduced Power lever and a relatively lower Rarity level. Radar with an Epic Rarity level gives you an opportunity to fly on Level 4 Missions. If you place it on a Base with only 1 unused Power then it will be operated with Common Rarity level, which only gives you an ability to fly on Level 1 Missions. If you place a facility on a Base with 0 Power, then your new facility will be inactive. You should always remember to check the Power level for the best productivity of your Base.
Missions
In case you succeed in developing the Base you will be able to send Astronauts on a Mission. There are four mission types available in the first game phase - mining, exploration, unidentified object encounter and the lost spaceship. Each mission has its own advantages in Mining and NFT Luck. The further you fly on a mission, the more resources you will receive from it. To fly on a mission, you must first build a Radar System at the base. Depending on the rarity of the Radar System, new missions will be unlocked for you on different planets. Thus the rarity of the Radar System is very important. Build your base, get the rarest radar and complete missions on the most distant planets for maximum profit.
